The difference is that the Pokemon actually MOVE. It makes the 3d battles feel more alive. That is the major complaint, we already know most of the moves don't even have their own specific animation. Now seriously, fuck off you dumb shill

You're a fucking retard, OP. The Pokemon are more expressive, the actions are more dynamic. What's more, the issue is that all those SWSHit animations are flat out reused from LGPE or SM.

The excuse Masuda gave for the culling was for the sake of high quality animations and for competitive balance. We already knew the latter was pure horseshit for a number of reasons, and every new trailer just shows that higher quality animations was also a total bullshit lie.

the majority of the animations in PBR were better. the ones like harden are debatable.
we aren't complaining about crappy animations in SwSh, we're complaining that Gamefreak's "excuse" is that they're supposedly removing content (Pokemon) in favor of "better" animations, while not showing any proof that these "better" animations exist. They need to be at least as good as the best animations throughout the series, otherwise their claim isn't justified at all.
