What you really have to understand is how homogeneous Japan is racially. Newer games aren't so brown because of any PC bullshit, it's because the nip devs visit these places and instead of seeing just a swarm of other nips all day every day there are actual large minority groups.

Alright and you're conveniently just going to ignore the Japanese names for the characters and origins for the series and regions where it takes place too?

I personally have no issue with characters being Caucasian. My only gripe is to do with the fact that it isn't true for all of the characters in the games. Especially Johto of all regions.

That's exactly what I have been saying. I don't get why people refuse to understand that and would rather come to wild conclusions or leaping to far lengths to say a character(s) are "ethnically" close to instead of looking at what the likely scenario actually is.
