Firstly - Nintendo are going to insist it's kid-friendly, like GF's work.
Secondly - The new studio will need to keep to the rigid cycle GF did, as Nintendo make far too much money out of pokémon franchise to willingly let it stall, tread water or otherwise spend too long, without haveing express new material to merchandise.
Thirdly - Pic related, less than a month apart and with the SS branded Switch Lite and more importantly another 4 months of drip-feeding information means whatever "backlash" survives today will be all but obliterated come release day.
