PARENTING IS A CORE PART OF OBJECT ORIENTED PROGRAMMING.
Those clouds don't mean shit about it being a "seperate model" it just means the clouds are fucking parented to the head joint cause they wanted the visual to be like a halo of clouds aorund the dynamax mon's head.
This is not something incompetent, it's common fucking practice. If you want a newly instantiated object, i.e. clouds, to follow a specific object you fucking either set up a parent constraint or even just place the model under the heirarchy.
