Is it worth watching every episode of the anime? Considering going through it all, already seen it all through Battle Frontier, now just wondering if I should go from DP to XY

I literally started doing this from about 2 months ago (I've been on an off, but working my way through slowly). It's worth it if you genuinely enjoy the anime and take it as kids show like it's supposed to be. The first 3 gens of the anime have a certain charm, especially everything going up to about the end of the Orange Island arc for gen 1. I'm just about to finish Battle Frontier and I'm left iwth the feeling that Hoenn definitely feels the most samey-samey and boring out of the bunch. I've seen all of the seasons up to XYZ and DP is still probably my favourite.

Hoenn was pretty good outside the Magma/Aqua finale and some of the more boring fillers along the way. If you condense it to its highpoints and the good fillers, it was enjoyable

Of all the anime you could choose to watch you choose to watch Pokemon is firmly at the bottom of the barrel. It doesnt help theres like 1000 episodes of it. You really want to waste that much of your time? If you REALLY wanna watch pokemon just watch the movies.

Just watch episodes where ash catches a Pokémon, fights a rival, fights a gym leader and the regional league. Anything else is just boring filler.

I just got through the first season and part of the second, watched the first pokemon movie then gave up and trying to watch further.

Show hasn't aged well at all

Tbh, no. Watch it for the highlights. XY, and XYZ has a lot of those.

SM can be a fun watch at times, but the battles are underwhelming.

SM's battles are better than most of the other season's. I can't think of one that stands out on top but their pretty good all around.

No. Even a single series is tough. But if you insist on watching it, then watch the series that interest you the most. I recommend OS (Indigo League) as it has the lowest episode count and the most memorable episodes.
