Even if the new games had the National Dex, you'd just be bitching about the graphics, the animations, or something. Don't pretend that adding the entire number of Pokemon would "fix" things. The /v/ side of /vp/'s name has really been showing..

Well, yes. The game just doesn't look very good. Pokemon is a franchise whose "progress" is always measured in minuscule steps forward mitigated by tremendous steps backwards.

Reminder that the reason this controversy blew up was because of the dexit fiasco being the straw that broke the camel's back. Of course we would bitch about something else, thanos-ing pokemon is just the vomited cherry on top of the cake

Graphics? Probably. ‘Mon designs? As always.
Animations not so much aside from brave bird because we wouldn’t have been told “‘mons died so the animations could improve” so expectations would be low. It would have been a normal ass Pokemon game but now there’s noticeable glitches and moving clouds to poke fun at.
