wouldn't mind it being reworked as a compact hub for secret bases for the eventual gen 4 remake if that ever happens maybe even have mons that can be exclusively caught there in a way also fixing the lack of fire types in sinnoh

I thought it was a cool way to get access to all the fossil pokemon and rare items. One of the most rewarding side game content in the series in my opinion. Though I'm sure come remake time, it'll get scrapped for whatever excuse they want to come up with.

Getting tons of fossils was mindblowing, yet I don't think I ever revived any of them
Farming the gem/sphere things was fun too but buying traps and furniture was less rewarding than hoenn's secret bases though
