Also, don’t forget that Japan for the most part is completely unaware of the culling.
So imagine the outrage when Japs get the news or when they realize they can’t transfer non-native Pokemon.

It was obvious from the start that the games would still sell fantastically even despite everything. Probably a large number of the boycotters will still cave and buy it too, unfortunately. I’m just hoping for a miracle and that it only sells 10 million or something.
