Both good and bad. Some pokemon become great with mega evolution, but they also give megas to those that really don't need them.

Why Mega-Mawile and Mega-Heracross are megas while things like Ambipom are regular evolutions?

There are Megas that have sense being regular evolutions, while other ones like Mega-Beedrill and Mega-Kangaskhan have sense being just megas.

Interesting gimmick but poorly executed to please popular things (Charizard and Mewtwo with two megas is still one of the worst ideas that Pokémon did).

Now megas are gone and I lose all interest to new broken forms. Do you see these gigamax forms? Wait to see how they disappear too in next games.

Neat idea but could've been done way better. I felt most of them were fine(except two mega zards and mewtwos) and wished we had more and maybe have some gimmicky ones also this >>39388760 why remove megas just to make more OP version of mega?

This guy gets that, they could have fixed lots of Pokémon just by changing the stats distribution, stats buffs like they did with some Kanto Pokémon, and better Hidden abilities and more attacks.
Instead we had that unfair mess who fucked everything to be dropped one Gen later instead of fixed.

They should have kept them only for the shitmons to even the playing field against the same shitty pokemon used over and over again in meta.
Instead they gave the megas to bunch of those overpowered pokemon.

They were fun for a while but got really boring after 3-4 years, I'm glad that they are gone.

Dyna/Gigantamaxing seems more balanced so looking forward to enjoying it for few years and then got bored of it lol.
