The guy that made the Reddit post linked by literally everyone on Twitter and some media outlets said that it'd be impossible to just enlarge the models x10 for Dynamaxing so of course they are new models and they added to GF's workload. OP's image is literally just taking the size selector and increasing the model size from its normal size to absurd levels without a noticeable decrease in quality.

The Pokemon models that they've been reusing for six years straight were made with huge dimensions, then sized down for the games they're in. GF is fully capable of just resizing the existing models instead of "making new ones from scratch" for Dynamaxing like people claim. Anyone who says the models aren't reused, or that they had to make new ones is lying to you.

I think OP extracted the Volcarona area from BW/BW2 (gen 4&5 were in 3d!), and then put a Volcarona model to the size of the sprite that was there at the time
Then they resize the model to prove that GF can upscale a model easily, and without any visible loss of quality

Because at the begining I wanted to make it an example for creating a real life pokebiome based on volcarona in its ruins. I dropped the project a bit because of my studies wich I justfinished yesterday, maybe I'll continue this project now :)

I exportated nothing, i took the screenshot of the ruins on bulbapedia, my version of Black to see how the room was structured and I downloaded the sprites in SpritersRessource (you can see them a bit beside the modelisations). Then I done the bricks one by one to be like the real room, but I never finished it. I can show you more screenshot if you want
