No, and any leaks that claim they datamined this demo are wrong.
You cannot get the data off of these kiosks. The only way to get data off of a Switch is by hacking them, and they don't have the same exploit that normal switches have. Data is directly downloaded onto the kiosk, there is no cart.

I dunno, what with all the ongoing backlash for a new generation, they might be tempted to release a demo beforehand.
Also allows dataminers to get information out there, especially since everyone wants a roster list for the dex.

Best thing about the switch for Nintendo is that they can demo a portable based game but lock the console in a locked case and still allow you to play with a controller away from it.
