Just back up your save if you have a hacked 3DS so you can restore it if you fuck anything up. Alternatively, just connect to the dns server that gives you every mystery gift event.

From what I remember, tweaking isnt that hard. Maybe tedious.
Youre practically changing direction randomly in Jubilife to overload the system so it just loads blank tiles.
Dont know of any practical applications other than getting to inaccesible areas

I would, but my router security isn't supported and changing that is kinda tedious. Been looking into it but not done yet.

site i'm using says you can't use WPA2 security, but my phone only does WPA2 or none, so I turned it off, but I still get error 52100. could try USB tether as well but don't know what to do beyond plugging in the cabe? as whenever I click "touch to set up" it just shows me I'm tethered

Have you tried receiving a gift? Sometimes it gives back an error but it should work anyway.

maybe it has something do with my 3ds as well, whenever I connect it switches from green to red in the connection bar. when it's green my phone displays there's a device connected but then it turns red again and my phone doesn't display anything anymore

I only have the standard 2GB that came with the 3ds on me rn so not enough to download steel diver, so i'll probably buy a bigger one soon then. what size SD do you recommend if I'm only planning to do basic stuff like pkhex/ injecting?

nope, honestly I'm generally pretty retarded with all kinds of computery stuff and usually just use what's handed to me.
the last (and as far as i remember) only time i ordered something additional was when I got my N3ds which has a 32gb SD in it.
i'm already doing this on my old 3ds because i'm so retarded and autistic/ scared I fuck things up beyond rationality

but anyway, what are the main benefits of a flashcard (genuinely curious)? is it like an r4? I did own one of those back then
