It's not like he regularly uploads videos anyway, if it bothered him he could've easily delayed it and had the art swapped out in under a day.
I should also mention that he's supported gay pairings in his /tg/ campaigns before and isn't above all the design choices we see in the video. Not just that, but within the same campaign committed a huge sin of making an entire race of people into the magical minorities trope.

I'm not so sure that someone who would doodle this on their own freetime would put a couple like that in there. I really do think it was Jello that gave the specifics.
