Here is how you fix the meta.
Fixing the Landorus-T problem:
U-Turn only switches the user if the user is Bug-type.
Stealth Rock now has 80% Acc if the user is not Rock-type.
Intimidate doesn't work on Fighting-types.
Fixing the Tapu cancer:
Terrain Surge now creates Terrain when the Tapu is KO'd.
Fixing the Steel problem:
Ionslaught (75 BP. Phys, 100 Acc. Electric-type. SE against Steel) is introduced.
Oxidize (75 BP. Spec, 100 Acc. Flying-type. SE against Steel) is introduced.
Superacid (80 BP, Spec, 100 Acc, Poison-type, SE against Steel) is introduced.
Fixing the Fairy problem:
Normal now resists Fairy.
Moonblast now has 85 BP or its PP is reduced to 8.
Missiltoe (80 BP, Phys, 100 Acc, Grass-type. SE against Fairy) is introduced.
Fixing the Water problem:
Ice is now immune to Ice.
Water-type moves are now Ice-type during Hail. STAB is lost.
Scald is ineffective against Fire-types (goes from dealing x2 damage to x0.5).
Pollution (80 BP. Spec, 100 Acc. Poison-type. SE against Water) is introduced.
Fixing the Ground problem:
Earthquake now has 8 PP.
Ice resists Ground.
Some new ability that drains Ground is distributed around Ground, Bug and Poison types.
Fixing the Baton Pass problem:
Clear Smog now has 75 BP.
Baton Pass now has 8 PP
Stored Power now has 8 PP.
Others:
Scorch (75 BP, Spec, 100 Acc, Fire-type, A Pokemon hit by this attack cannot heal, also destroys Ingrain) is introduced.
Recurring Pain (80 BP, Spec, 100 Acc, Dark-type, Deals double damage to Pokemon that have healed) is introduced.
Arena Trap is only active while the Pokemon has 100% HP.
Shadow Tag, on the other hand, activates when the Pokemon with the ability takes damage (including weather, poison and entry hazards).
Cloud Nine actually removes weathers permanently.
Thunder Wave gets 100% Acc again, but Paralysis can't cause a turn skip twice in a row. Same with Flinch, Attract, Confusion, etc. Turns can't be skipped twice in a row except by SLP/FRZ.
