After the Hall of Fame you use the Vs. Seeker on Youngster Dallas at Route 203, who will then have a Kricketune Lv 19 giving 646 Exp. In the Second fight a Kricketune Lv.31 giving 1056 exp and in the 3rd fight a Lv 55 Kricketune giving 1873 exp.
So you will leveling up pretty fast even before the 3rd Badge. Just watch out as the Lv 55 Kricketune has X-Scissors and can you 1 shot you below Lv 3X.
