Create a Gym Leader to replace a Gym Leader from any region.

You can use any type, or even a gimmick rather than a type

Starts off like normal with the waterfall puzzle, but after turning the crank, you're greeted with another room! It's a minor Surf puzzle that relies on selecting the right current that leads to the Gym Leader.

-Mantine, Lv. 28, (Rain Dance, Supersonic, Surf, Ice Beam)
-Lanturn, Magnet, Lv. 28, (Rain Dance, Thunder, Surf, Thunder Wave)

-Slowking, Leftovers, Lv. 32, (Rain Dance, Future Sight, Surf, Disable)

Honestly Storm Badge works well enough. Maybe change the design a bit, like to a cloud with rain or something.

Clair is now the third gym leader, and has a Dratini and a Horsea of the appropriate level, but both know Dragon Rage. A steady 40 HP every turn.

Whitney is the final gym leader, and has Girafarig, Snorlax and her infamous Miltank, with a cyclical strategy programmed into the AI. Girafarig will try to use Agility and Baton Pass to give Snorlax a speed boost, while Psychic and Thunder keep Fighting-types and Skarmory in check. If successful, Snorlax will use Belly Drum and then Return or Earthquake, and Rest if needed. Finally, Miltank has Heal Bell to wake Snorlax up and allow Girafarig to attempt a second Agility pass, with Body Slam, Growl and Milk Drink as the remaining moves.
