Sneed originally inhabited only Simpsons threads but he's quickly spreading through all animation threads, all SJW and shit threads and other boards.
The joke itself isn't funny but the ridiculous repetition is, and once you spend a bit of time on /tv/ and see a new thread you already know sneed will be on it judging by the quality of OP's pic.
