Pokemon Home has the national dex, but each game has its own restrictions as to what can be transferred to it.
Presumption that all Gen 8 games will share a dex with SnS, you'll have to wait until gen 9 to get to use some of the pokemon not in Galar. Or longer.
best case scenario, they have independent dexes, and Galar + Advanced Sinnoh dex share about 200 of the 450 Pokemon in each dex, featuring 700 pokemon total; most of the exemptions being Legendaries.
Best case scenario then is your favs are either in Sinnoh, or GF includes most/all of the remaining 200 + new pokemon in the next game
