>>39438428We have never actually seen how big the blackhole is, in any media, depending on it's size it could be below quite a few normal Pokemon's Dex entries let alone legendary status, saying it can make a black-hole is only impressive depending on it's size being large enough to actually be worth a damn. (Which is actually small but still) The closest was the anime but in the it wasn't a real scientific black-hole, it was a worm hole that linked locations, like a portal. Of course in the mainline games Mewtwo doesn't have any actual good feats (neither does Gardevoir other than a statement, which coincidentally is what Mewtwo has too putting it higher anyway). Outside of mainline it has a handful of good feats, a few planet busting feats at that, even a few dimension creation showings of power.
