There are a good few options for this guy.
- Shell Smash Sweeper
- Physically Defensive Wall
- Special Attacking/Physical Attacking Tank

Its tough to use but I do recommend trying out Shell Trap. Its 150 base power and actually hits both opponents in Doubles. It has to be hit by a foe's physical move to proc though. Maybe good with an Ally Switch friend?

Rest

Shell Trap doesn't use PP if the opponent doesn't activate it. Use Block on a special attacker and spam Confide while using Rest to keep yourself healthy. Then spam Shell Trap while they struggle to damage you and just Rest when you get kinda low. Wait until they struggle to death and then voila.
