Megas were already half-dead last gen, and Z-Moves were shit. Dynamaxing/Gigantamaxing (especially the latter) are basically the two combined anyway.

This, removing mega's actually screwed over beedrill really hard, from shitmon to an actual threat, Mega evolution actually helped it shine, yes some were very hit or miss, but they fixed my bro up, so I appreciate it for that.
