Gents, my daughter is old enough to be interested in the previous generations, so I'm loading up her 2ds xl with every game for later use.
Gens 1 and 2 are complete, but i've hit a snag with gen 3, finding clean roms to apply the Pokemon_GBA_-_RTC_&_Clock_Patches, or with these patches already applied. Currently using NewSuperUltimateInjector3DS_beta26 to convert gba to cia.

So the following questions:
Is there a good repository of gba/nds game files that you would recommend?
Does a set of cias ready to install already exist, if so, where?

I am indeed googling it, and making slow progress, but i figured that asking for advice here might speed up the process and/or give others the idea.
