And guess what? Most people are happy about that because they'll get their parcels quicker. Most people will not care as jobs around them are replaced because their lives will become easier, and when shit starts to finally get to a head the government will hand out stipends, so people can afford their bread and circuses and have too many desires fulfilled to complain.
They already have universal welfare in Switzerland, where everyone gets a basic payment no matter what they earn. Nobody needs to work there, and the amount of people who WANT to work is fucking negligible these days.
