That's just how humans are. We're never totally satisfied with anything. There are birds with magnets in their brains and fish that can generate electricity and shrimp that shoot bubbles hotter than the sun, and yet we still fantasize about bigfoot and aliens and Pokemon.
If Pokemon were real, people would absolutely still think about what creatures they don't have. They'd probably fantasize animals that CAN'T breathe fire or fart lasers.
