Just play AG or Custom Games bro. Banned Pokemon in OU are still present.

Yes. And? It’s far better than “It’s ok to actually make money off of brand name alone and have 0 effort or value”.
In fact, with the current state of Nintendo in general, piracy should be encouraged.
If Nintendo or GameFreak are not providing what many people want, then it’s 100% ok to download ROMs, pirate games, and play fangames.
That’s just competition, and if Nintendo want to stop it, they SHOULD provide better services.
