>>39462453>That's the point you retard. It creates more set ups and strategies. There is a difference between strategy and being broken. Imagine if you could use the starter Eevee moves or Genesis Supernova for 3 turns on any Pokemon.
>Just like you can against Dynamax moves. That would be nice if you got 3 protects in a row or you didn’t need to waste your Dynamaxing/Gigantamaxing to just survive.
That’s one big difference. It’s MUCH harder to waste your Dynamax on purpose than it is to waste your Z-move.
Unlike Z-moves too, you can
>Dynamax any member of your team instead of specifically 1 Pokemon>You can choose the typing of the move, so quad resistances and immunities don’t fuck you over>If the secondary effect gets overwritten (Which only exclusive Z-moves have), you can just use it 2 more times, all while doing tons of damageand also
>You can hold an item to boost your offenses since you can use it any timeAnd that probably one of the only counterplays to the whole mechanic too. You have to Dynamax your own Pokemon as they also become bulkier, and all you can do is spam max protect.
And after you both used your Dynamax, your opponent then sends out their back-up sweeper or wall and basically wins.
