But at one point the indie company I work for had nearly 300 people. It wasn't a good sign one year when they starter hemorrhaging staff from shitty business decisions.
Just like in our case before the business decisions actually bit them in the ass totally and they saw themselves in the red for the first time ever, I'd bet the majority of those people leaving did so because they didn't want to be associated with failure.
