He's on par with straight up planet Buster's in some canons, has a vast amount of hax like rewinding time, the usual psychic shit like memory deleting and control, tk, can materialize objects, teleportation, flight, forcefield, weather manipulation and the like, minor reality warping but nothing drastic, can telepathically link every single being on the planet and communicate with some and channel various communicators with specific entities, that's pretty insane for billions if not trillions of entities at one instance. Can teleport others to different dimensions, wormhole creation, regeneration (like getting skewered through the chest), etc
Mewtwo is definitely insane by Pokemon standards but it changes drastically between canon. He can vary from a building buster (origins) with like no hax to a planet busting demigod. Mewtwo had the benefit of getting shilled in many things so he has a lot of showings. Most think of anime Mewtwo though who's only an island buster with triple digit Mach speeds. Some decent hax like mind control, mind delete, time rewind, teleportation and weather control among the obvious telekinesis and shit which is like middle ground for him. He ain't shit to the creation trio though and gets beat out in raw power by U-Necrozma even in his strongest canon.
