Yes. Because of its 4 weaknesses and only 1 resistance, Ice can only be good if it’s blazing fast and has either high attack or special attack. But because they want to imitate how ice works in real life, they make all of them slow and bulky. Which just fucks over the type eternally. We need 130+ speed 130+ special attack Ice-types for it to be usable.
