>>39484846>>39484507I feel it's kinda in the same boat as Decidueye desu, high-ish offense stats, but not nearly enough speed to actually make them usable, albeit Cacturne also has the misfortune of being F R A I L along with slow and a mixed attacker so i feel the only way to save it is probably move enough stats to speed to make it a viable choice scarfer, but even then, that limits it at best as well and makes it lose out on higher offenses
This is all going off of current BST though, cuz i feel it Could work
if game freak actually fucking cared... but the literal best case is just hoping that in gen 13 or something, when they make Lets go plusle and minun, they give it 20 or more to speed
