which Pokemon and to what?

For me, I really wish Ninetales was Fire/Fairy to better equate to Alolan-Ninetales, otherwise, to Fire/Ghost. Both would reflect Ninetales' kami inspiration and overall make it more distinctive.

OMNI pokemon still have weakenesses, stuff like ghost, fairy and psychic, elemental types do normal damage, normal does halve. There are no OMNI attack moves, only ones which boost attributes

Ninetails doesn't need Megas, Megas exist to protect the world from Ninetails.

That's Gen V, Ninetails I'm talking about is Gen III

I'm talking about Red Rescue Team. The Ninetails in that is basically a God and a malicious one, unfortunately also a touch of a mad God like Sheogorath or Jevil from Delta rune. She was way more powerful than she had any right to be because besides basically being a fate weaver, telepathy is on par with Mewtwo, she alter peoples souls and body, she boasts about causing calamity with her powers not her curses, and is older that Ninetails should be able to be, being well over a thousand years old when you encounter her making you question whether she even is a Ninetails or only posing as one.

You do realize that the entire point of the meteor was that it was filled with energy that affects Pokemon evolution [you can't evolve until it's destroyed], that it has Deoxys inside it [Meteor Cave] and that it was (going to be) transported to a world with no Mega Evolution [Rescue Team] until Rayquaza destroyed it in both games, right? It's literally the only good part of ORAS because it's a blatant reference to Rescue Team. I actually admire your funposting about your favorite monster but it's not any fun when you make mistakes like not knowing which generation ORAS is from.

You do realize that entire chain of events happened because of Ninetails, its all part of her curse as outlined in the Ninetails prophesy SHE FUCKING WROTE herself a thousand years ago. Gee its a mighty big coincidience that 1000 years after weaving that curse and making that prophesy and meteor comes hurtling towards the earth carrying its destruction. Its almost like SHE PLANNED IT.

Did you miss the part I imply SHES INSANE. Atop of orchestrating the end of the world, she tortured a gardevoir for a thousand years even though she was innocent in their partners crimes, its implied the Ninetales might have caused the humans death, and all of it over a tug of her tail.

Let me say that again: The entire plot of Red Rescue Team happened because a small child exploring a cave he shouldn't have saw a resting Ninetales in sacred place (that you sometimes find very stupidly powerful Yokai in japanese legend) and decided what the hell, hes going to tug its tail and doomed the world. Ninetales did all of it teach the child a lesson and she still teaching it 1000 years later as when the kid died she didn't drop the curse or let Gardevoir go she waited as she knew she'd encounter him again at the end of her curse she weaved.
