Always wanted to see this but the odds were stupid low. Apparently it was based off the IVs of your party pokemon so theoretically you could just spend literally all day swapping your party out to increase the odds as much as possible. It's 1/60k with only one mon on your party but with a full party of mons with unique IVs I think it's "only" a 1/10k chance, you could increase that further if you kept swapping out pokemon and checking.
