Necturna is ghost/grass and was designed with the concept of "what if a pokemon could learn sketch but only once?". So it gets sketch, but can only use it to get a single move.

It's a creative idea and while Necturna itself isn't amazing it's fun to use. I do like the venus flytrap dress. It'd almost look like an evil counterpart to Tsareena if it wasn't for the fact that Necturna came first.
