Bonus points: improve the mon to make it moderately useful.

A bit more bulk or attack is all it'd need imo

It's a wind chime that sticks in place so it's speed attack shouldn't be as high as it is. Fairy typing gives it some nice new stab moves and fits with Chimecho's design. Overall just make it bulkier since it's a support tank that only got a pre-evolution with no compensation for it's evolved form

Give it a +20 to every stat, but also redistribute those stats to be more physically offensive and defensive. Make superpower a regular move it can learn rather than just a dream world move, so it can have egg moves on its moveset in addition to superpower.
