So we all know Shiny Pokémon started as mere palette swaps, but there's a few of them here and there that are obviously designed. Well, this thread is not for them. Post what are your favourite "accidental" shinies.

Depends on your preferences.
It's lighter now so it has a more sterling silver aesthetic vs the stainless steel of before.
I think it looked nicer in GSC though

They’re still palette swaps. Even in 3D they just swap out each colour for a different one in the texture.

They are completely different models in SwSh though

Are you the autist that keeps talking about mesh vs model?
Ok sure it’s technically a different model, but it’s the exact same mesh with a different texture.

Explain it then because I don’t think you understand it either. The textures they use for the models now aren’t literally palette-based images since they’re higher resolution, but there is a limited colour palette they stick to.

When they do the texture for the shiny they just swap out colours, e.g. replace all the same blue shade with green. They don’t replace one bit of blue with green and one with red.
