He will never. Profit incentive is too high. I reckon Pokemon would be far, far better without his backward influence. Even with Masuda still there. People underestimate the control he has over the series as a whole. I don’t mind the guy but it seems that he’s in it solely for the money. Maybe he used to be passionate for the series but now he’s just generic CEO. People need to direct complaints to him too.

Girno's supposed to be the rookie, and since Unno directed the newest Pokémon games before the decline I put him in charge. It doesn't really matter that much anyway because most of them die

From what we've heard of his work on SM, he has time management and communication issues. Or his ideas are not fully realized til it gets to a point of very late in development. He really isn't a good fit for director.
