If it seems like they'd like someone to take their clothes off for them (more likely than you think), you ask if you can go somewhere private with them. Then you get comfortable, and start taking them off. If they don't object then you keep going.
They can take your clothes off too if you want. I think it would be pretty fun to have a Pokemon fumble around trying to get you undressed, haha.
