>In August 2019, [Google] Play will require that new apps and app updates with native libraries provide 64-bit versions in addition to their 32-bit versions.
I'm not sure if devs are required to provide a 32bit version of their app, and they MIGHT NOT HAVE TO, since the Play Store app description for Masters explicitly mentions "64 bit".
If they wanted to support both 32bit and 64bit phones, they would have to maintain and create both types of apps but they don't seem to want to do it for some reason.
This 64bit only policy also affects iOS users, but with a lesser impact though, as Masters requires iOS 11.0+, which can only be run on 64bit Apple devices.
