Team Magma = Corrupt scientific cabal/Terrorists
Team Aqua = Pirates/Terrorists
Team Galactic = Cult
Team Plasma = Cult
Team Flare = Mix of a criminal enterprise and a cult
Aether Foundation = Corrupt Organization
Team Skull = Petty Gang

rocket, magma, aqua, and skull were all good in my opinion, they seemed to have goals and their characters left an impact
galactic, plasma, and flare were completely forgettable unfortunately
aether stands in the middle, pretty good until the story just goes full on alternate-dimensions
