Are any of them finished? They seem to have a habit of taking years to update and being perpetually WIP
Otherwise I can only think of the Dream Molder games, which are based, and that really awful Lucario trilogy on Newgrounds

They seem almost done on 2 routes (Air and Katie) but I would still even give that another year or two. I don't blame them, as they seem like a dwindling staff that does the game in their free time as many of them seem to be in university and had no experience with making a game prior.
I know one of their devs lurks here, so I have a suggestion - take out the donate button from your website. Studies by other fangames seem to link any form of gaining profit more grounds for getting a DMCA.

Mary was my least favorite desu, the game has a massive boner for her as she has the most CGs, exclusive easter egg endings, is just shoved into another class with the main character in week 2, and they really try to make you feel bad for her overall by making her cry in public and makes it clear she has no friends.
But the rest of the game was very cute!

There are a lot of programs out there that allow for very, very simple programs, and a dating sim doesn't really have to be complex.

Apparently Air was the default route for a while until they updated the game to create generic endings, so I ran into that a few times too.
