This is Natural Harmonia Gropius, the direct descendant of the Great King of Unova, King Harmonia, and who inherited the King's ability to speak to all pokémon, unlike descendants from "impure" royal lineages like the one Ghetsis Harmonia Gropius belongs to.

That all sounds made up. Ingames it’s stated he was just some orphan Tarzan kid that talks to Pokemon. Even if it was Gen V, I strongly doubt Game Freak’s Pokemon lore was ever that deep.

The text in the Abyssal Ruins connects N to King Harmonia. There's nothing stating whether Ghetsis is of royal blood though. I wish we'd gotten an answer to that in the games.

Ghetsis's last name is Harmonia though. N only picked up the name from him because he was adopted.

If anything this gives more context to Ghetsis's motivations; he was a descendant of royalty so he felt entitled to power and control over others.
