My bet is the 5th, since its a Friday and it'd be roughly a month since the last trialer. That or the 12th.

August were also the largest info dumps for XY and SM so maybe it'll be bigger than the Dynamax and Gigantamax trailers (which honestly should've been one trailer)

Safe to say that it's going to be anywhere between August 5th-August 8th. CC usually leaks by August 8 since the issue in August gets released earlier than other months. TPC probably wants to have a press release for all of the info in CC before CC leaks. (Last month, TPC had their info reveal on July 8, when the magazine leaked on July 11. Safe to say they will do this for every month until SWSH is released.) August 5th is the most likely time.

That's because Golden Week displaces it, right? In that case it'd either drop early or late August and I doubt they'd wait to late.

Golden Week is late May. CC releases earlier in August because Bon Festival takes up mid August. (Curiously, Bon Festival inspired EP020 of the original series.)

We'll likely get an announcement at the World Championship 2019, as we usually get one every year. Most likely we will get either a new Pokemon or a new Gigantamax of an existing Pokemon. Gamescom is also around the same time as Worlds so we should get something there too.
