Consider the following:
Even though there won't be a National Dex, I would bet everything I own that the Regional DeX is going to be absolutely massive. I'm guessing between 500-700 Pokemon that can actually be caught in game without transferring. People whining about the National Dex are just sore fucking losers who are making any excuse they can to just hate Game Freak.
