Non mega Heracross is RUBL so I'm not sure if it really counts as low tier, but I use Choice Scarf Moxie Cross with Stone Edge, EQ, Close Combat, and Megahorn on every team.

Actually my staple in ZU. Only having one type weakness makes up for mediocre stats and he actually has an incredible movepool. About half of all players don't know he has lightning Rod and you get a free turn on a volt switch for it, especially on scarfed mons like Electivire and Rotom.

Worry Seed/Teeter Dance/ Ingrain
Secretly devostating against all physical attackers. If they can't ohko it then they can't kill it in general. Toxic + Infestation is a nasty combination and makes for a swift stall death. Very fun would recommend.

Prankster encore traps all set up sweepers and utility. Whenever I see a shell smash pokemon I send it out immediately to invalidate it.
There are plenty of other prankster pokemon but Volbeat and Illumuse are unique in that they have roost as well. With that they have excellent survivability.
Illumuse trades Seismic Toss for aromatherapy. I prefer seismic Toss so you can't be taunted into being useless and the damage works better for switch ins than toxic. It can also break substitutes, which is another move you can use prankster on. Can stop set up sweepers in every tier.
