Why haven't Musashi and Kojiro gone to federal prison for stalking a minor under the age of 12 yet? Does the international government of the pokemon world just not care? Are they allowing this kind of behavior?

I remember some shit in a Murrican animu magazine saying that Jessie and James weren't even old enough to drink. So I've always been confused about their ages. I mean, if the sub says 25, I'll believe it, but I was just explaining that dub shit was trying to pass them off as 17 or at least under 21 (if they're going by US law, seeing as it came from a shit American magazine).
