Sneed type should be resistant to city slicker type but take super effective damage from Fancy German Cars the same way city slicker type is resistant to Sneed but takes super effective damage from high soil pH.

Considering the way it works IRL you're lucky ice isn't weak to water.

Makes sense to me though ice really doesn't need to be cucked any harder defensively than it already is.

If we want to fix Ice type we need to make it more resistant because offensive is good, so good that people prefer use water pokemon with ice moves.
The logical solution is giving it resistances like from ground, flying or dragon or mimic defense boost from rock types in sandstorm.
