i know this for a fact as i shredded BW2
from scrub with nothing to literally running a strip mall & having personal nurse at her desk at all times
+staff to wait on her every whim

rosa is the strongest canonically and you cant change my mind (world tournament)

Both Generations and the B2W2 story trailer treat the characters as such.

I don't know why you'd think Rosa is the canon protagonist. How would you even explain Hilberts mother mistaking Rosa for him in B2W2? Come on now anon.

I kind like this, except I'd like to headcanon that no one really takes her seriously. Like even if they lose to her in battle they just kinda brush it off which annoys her to no end.
