Why aren't you doing the Professor Oak Challenge in your favorite game /vp/?

>Catch (and evolve) as many Pokémon as possible before each badge.

With the exception of Trash Go where it was a complete slog to even play, on the first playthrough I've kind of always done that.

If I know what's there I catch everything (there's a reason I nicknamed my first Mimikyu, Fukayu - it took 5 fucking hours to find one meaning I was stuck there until it appeared because I'd read the leaked encounter tables so I knew where everything was) and if I don't then I catch everything I can find within a reasonable time (usually ~30 minutes but it depends upon how many I've encountered that seemed to be rarer in that time).

I don't evolve them then though, I wait until just before the league to evolve everything possible (without playing the second copy yet).

Didn't beat the league in my main copy of X until almost 120 hours because of it.

But I already do this in every single game I play because it's an autistic, OCD thing I have. Then I have to complete the rest of the dex when I finish. Also has to be living or doesn't count.
