I never used an item once on my first playthrough, not even PP ups or mineral potions.

And by the end there are three Mews, the one the player never meets from a 1000 years ago, one who is that same Mew but has forgotten likely do massive age and/or renewal and the partner who doesn't see itself as a mew and instead lives like a different pokemon even after it remembers itself.

Next time I'm play I'm naming my partner Schrodinger as thats basically what Mew is in SPMD.

Regardless I see your point, they are teasing at a massive adventure before the game set in the past where humans still existed where you yourself might have been human during that fight. I what that shit, fuck this game.

Dafuq? I thought it was just two, your partner and Nu-Mew. Doesn't matter since Super's story is so convoluted, it hurts. Apparantly Mew caused Dark Matter, and yet Arceus didn't do anything about it despite clearly being present in the story at the end.

If there is a 'Nu-Mew' that implies the existence of an Old Mew, I was including that Mew even though they are not physically present. Its still a character the player is said to have known even if it happens off screen.

Pretty sure no one likes it more than Explorers, they just don't think it's as bad as it could've been. Especially since unlike GtI it wasn't half DLC either.

Because he couldn't, Dark Matter fell under Xerneas' sphere of influence not his which is why Xerneas could protect the player and their partner but Arceus couldn't. The most Arceus could do is aid the player and the partner which he did by teleporting them and sending messages to the world that helped them beat Dark Matter. In the end though Arceus still got turned to stone.

The partner destroyed dark matter for good that time round, its why dark matter thanks them. What dark mattered embodies still exists sure, it wasn't wrong that its eternal as long as life exists but that doesn't mean it'll come back as the evil little marble again.

The Oran Berries are what OP is talking about. If you managed to avoid using them your RNG was god-tier, because even if you use you/your partner every single mission, your HP growth is so pathetic things will oneshot you. They want you to be using Oran Berries to boost your Max HP.

Dark Matter wasn't literally matter it was the embodiment of hate, pain, anger, ect. The marble was just a physical form not actual being.

Remember skin of evil, that black tar guy? That's basically what dark matter is. Even if you destroy the essence what it is lives one, The partner however basically destroyed it with no hate so like a clam needing a grain of sand to form a pearl, dark matter didn't get that grain of sand so can't come back.

Anyway Arceus couldn't get close to it, the only reason the player and partner could was they were wearing the harmony scarfs and the tree of life was consciously protecting them otherwise they'd be turned to stone instantly in its presence because its sucks the life energy out of everything around it.
