What the fuck are "Dextrannies"? Is that what you call people who want the ENTIRE Dex? or people who want to cut the Dex off (Like their penis if they're mentally ill, like a Tranny)? I Guess from context clues it means people who want the "Full Dex", but It's not a very good insult because it has nothing to do with wanting the complete Dex. If anything, I'd asume (Without seeing how people use it) that it would be the "dick cutting-off" thing like I said before.
